The campaign forms are optional. This notice describes how information submitted through the VajdArt project enquiry and STILL MY NIGHT making-of waitlist is handled.
Controller and contact

Purposes and data categories
The project enquiry is used only to answer and manage your enquiry. It may contain your name, e-mail address, artist-or-brand project type, project description, budget indication, consent, locale, page and campaign attribution parameters.
The separate making-of waitlist is used only to notify you about the educational making-of material. It contains your e-mail address, consent, locale, page and campaign attribution parameters.
Privacy-safe, session-deduplicated campaign events may record an allowed event name, page, limited campaign attribution and a short technical detail. Client IP addresses and full user-agent strings are used only temporarily for abuse prevention and are not written to campaign storage.
Legal basis and choice
The stated legal basis is your freely given consent. You do not have to submit either form. You may withdraw consent at any time by e-mail; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully before it.
Processors, storage and retention
Validated submissions are kept in private server storage outside the public webroot. Resend is used as the e-mail processor for notification delivery. The implementation retains campaign leads, waitlist records and event records for no longer than 90 days, after which automated pruning removes them unless a shorter period or another lawful business record is required.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Contact us at the address above so we can identify and answer the request.
